The Alpine plateau of Asy

The Alpine plateau of Asy

The Alpine plateau of Asy is an incredible place where fantastic pictures and incredibly beautiful landscapes open up before your eyes. The Asy plateau goes east along the Asy river. Along the river you can see ancient burial mounds and rock paintings, which are one of the most high-mountainous accumulations of petroglyphs. The Asy-Turgen astrophysical observatory has been erected on the upper platform of the high-mountain plateau, where one of the world's largest telescopes is installed. In the summer, the Asy plateau acquires fabulous shades and a riot of colors, since a variety of plants grow on its territory, which bloom right on the stones. Here you can find a huge number of amazing landscapes: flowers, bizarre trees, picturesque hills, stones covered with moss, herds of horses peacefully grazing on the flat areas and rivers with incredibly crystal clear water.
